공간 사일삼은 아티스트 유료레지던스를 운영한다. 입주기간은 1년 이상 입주하는 것을 원칙으로 하고, 그 이상은 제한이 없다. 입주민(팀)은 1개의 독립 작업공간과 공용공간을 사용 할 수 있으며, 운영자와의 협의 아래 언제든지 공간 사용 프로젝트에 참여 할 수 있다. 입주민은 3-4인(팀)까지 수용 할 수 있다.

 

공간사일삼의 레지던스는 운영자 또한 입주민이라고 부른다. 그렇기 때문에 입주민이 원할 시 운영자가 될 수 있다. 단순 작업공간을 사용하는 사용자 일 수도 있고, 운영자로서 기획을 할 수도 있다. 선택은 입주민(팀)에게 오롯이 달려있다.

 

Space Four One Three runs a paid artist residence. In principle, the tenancy period shall be at least one year, and there shall be no restriction for the period beyond. Resident (team) may use one independent workspace and one public space and may participate in space-use projects at any time under consultation with the operator. Residents can accommodate up to 3-4 people (team).

The operator of  SPACE Four One Three residency is also called a resident. Therefore, residents can freely become an operator if they wish. It can be a user using a simple workspace, or be an operator planning one. The choice depends on the resident (team).
